Hands at nipple level and as wide as shoulders

Put your hands on an upper level chair or table
and do pushups for triceps by sitting on the chair with your hands and pushing
up and down

Find a door frame which you can somehow use for
pull-ups

Ask someone to punch you in the stomach while
you hold it tight

Repeat everything 3 times.
